Is it worth reading the new 52?
New 52 is full of amazing stories and series. It is one of the biggest reason why Batman is as famous as he is; in my opinion, no other reboot has ever contributed as much towards comics and storytelling in DC, because more or less New 52 combined the best of DC. Here are some great series worth reading every issue.

DC released a total of 111 ongoing titles during The New 52. To expand The New 52 universe, DC has also released 34 one-shots, 32 miniseries and four maxiseries, with one ongoing series planned.
Is the new 52 over?
DC Comics is ending its New 52 imprint this June, the company announced via press release today. Starting June 3, the publishing line will feature 24 new comics and 25 ongoing comics. Despite the New 52 coming to an end, DC Comics confirms this is not another reboot, and it is not returning to a pre-New 52 universe.
Is the new 52 A good place to start?
The whole point of the new 52 is that its a good place to start. However I’d reccomend reading some older stories as well to get a better feel for the more classic versions of the characters and who they really are. Some have been changed a lot in the new 52.
